Axiare Patrimonio is assembling a prime property portfolio with strong uplift potential, taking advantage of the corrections in the Spanish real estate market and the unique capabilities of its management team. To Feb 31, 2016, the Company has completed 20 investment transactions valued at EUR 872 million, via which it has acquired 30 properties with a total lettable area of 564,00sqm. Axiare Patrimonio’s property portfolio is comprised of 73% Grade A offices -or potential to be-, 16% logistics platforms and 11% other commercial assets such as shopping centres and retail parks.
