- Axiare Patrimonio presents its first quarterly results. Since its listing on the Spanish stock exchange, up until September 30, the company has made acquisitions amounting to a combined total of almost €170 million.

In less than three months of being operational, the socimi Axiare Patrimonio has obtained positive results. The company, which began trading on July 9, 2014 and whose first property acquisition was made at the end of July, obtained a net profit as of September 30 of €582,000. The net turnover amount, which includes income from leased properties since their acquisition, amounted to €1.16 million.
Since its listing on the Spanish Stock Exchange, up until September 30, Axiare Patrimonio has made acquisitions amounting to a combined total of almost €170 million. This includes the purchase at the end of July of an office building and three logistics centres for €70 million and the acquisition of a portfolio comprised of office buildings, logistics warehouses and a shopping centre located in Madrid for €99.5 million.
Subsequently, in October, Axiare Patrimonio carried out another acquisition for €35 million, of a portfolio of three logistics warehouses, two in Madrid and one in Tarragona.
Yesterday, the company announced its latest investment, which was well received in the market, an office building located on Calle Manuel de Falla, in the centre of Madrid, next to the Santiago Bernabeu football stadium.
“After being operational for just two months, we at Axiare Patrimonio, have been able to put an active and highly successful investment policy in place, which has enabled us to meet our objectives and offer our shareholders the return we ensured them we would achieve for them on the day we listed” announced Luis López de Herrera-Oria, CEO of the company.
In total, Axiare Patrimonio has invested €236 million, which equates to 65% of the funds raised by the company.
